Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical components related to the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

A strong understanding of at least two HCM modules, including Core HR, is essential for this role. Additionally, knowledge of the Redwood framework and Journey configuration is required.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with Page personalizations and customizations using VBS, as well as integration development using REST APIs.

OIC and VB development skills are desirable but not necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are a must.

The Principal Consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. They will also provide training and support to business users and collaborate with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems
  • Develop HCM Extracts for reporting and analysis
  • Create reports using BI Publisher
  • Perform data conversion using HDL
  • Develop fast formulas
  • Manage integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Provide training and support to business users
