Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and skilled User Experience Designer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design: Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile and web applications using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • User Research: Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and development.
  • Prototyping: Create high-fidelity prototypes to test and refine designs.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in user experience design, preferably with expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user research methodologies, and interaction design patterns.
  • Expertise in creating complex dashboards, data presentation systems, and real-time monitoring interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools, including Figma AI features, generative design systems, and automated prototyping workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews.
