UX Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled UX engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Create original graphic designs, such as icons, illustrations, and color palettes
  • Develop and maintain style guides, design systems, and design patterns
  • Present and defend design decisions with data and fundamental principles

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in creating UI/UX design in web and mobile apps
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
  • Basic understanding of web development is a plus
