Experienced Finance Leader Wanted

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to lead our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts, as well as weekly reporting.
- Tax Compliance: Handle monthly Goods and Services Tax Return 1 (GSTR-1) and GSTR-3B, Income Tax Department working and filing, along with monthly Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation as per GSTR-2B and books, and follow up with vendors.
- TDS Management: Manage TDS workings and return filings.
- Audit Support: Support internal, external, and tax audits and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation.
- Month-End Activities: Perform month-end activities, including updating Fixed Asset Register (FAR), Depreciation computation, Prepaid Expense, etc.
- Accounts Payable: Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) accounting in limited areas.
- General Ledger Review: Review General Ledger and ensure the accuracy of books of accounts in all aspects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
