Optimize Factory Processes with AI and Sensors

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and prototype laser line profilers, displacement sensors, ultrasonic probes, and cameras
  • Support hardware selection and design mounts and enclosures that withstand heat, vibration, and factory conditions
  • Integrate with DAQ tools, PLCs, and OpenCV scripts
  • Deploy pilot systems across customer sites and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sensors, automation, or machine vision
  • Knowledge of laser triangulation, ultrasonic NDT, or machine vision systems
  • Ability to design practical mechanical setups (mounts, fixtures, enclosures)
  • Proficiency in Python/OpenCV/DAQ basics and PLC connections
  • Willingness to work in high-heat/industrial environments
  • Based in India, with flexibility to travel for deployments
  • Availability ~20 hrs/week (flexible schedule)
