Azure Data Factory Job Opportunity

Are you looking for a challenging role in data engineering? Do you have experience with Azure Data Factory and SQL Server?

  • We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, proficiency in T-SQL and SQL Server, and experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Data Lake.

Additionally, the candidate should have familiarity with parameterization, dynamic content, and data flows in ADF, as well as understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL best practices, and data modeling.

The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Azure Data Factory (pipelines, triggers, linked services, datasets)
  • T-SQL and SQL Server (SSMS, stored procedures, indexing, optimization)
  • Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Data Lake
  • Familiarity with parameterization, dynamic content, and data flows in ADF
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL best practices, and data modeling
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or equivalent
  • Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or Logic Apps
  • Knowledge of Python or PowerShell for automation
