About the Role

As a key member of our Autonomous Driving Systems team, your task will be to support the development of advanced ADAS systems for global deployment.

You will join a dynamic and ever-changing environment with daily challenges requiring strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.

  • Collaborate with multiple disciplinary teams, mentor junior SW engineers, and communicate findings through presentations and reports.
  • Develop high-level designs and decompose them into detailed designs.
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, best practices, and DevOps trade-offs.
  • Design and implement software solutions, supporting implementation in APIs required from internal teams.
  • Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
  • Ensure API extensibility and portability across multiple implementations.
  • Effective communication with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires:

  1. Highly skilled individual with 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in application design and development.
  2. Experience in complex automotive projects, owning low-level design, implementation, and validation responsibilities.
  3. Knowledge of AUTOSAR software solution design and development.
  4. Hands-on experience with C/C++ programming languages.
  5. Agile SW development process expertise.
  6. Experience with IPC mechanisms and Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack.
  7. Familiarity with Automotive SW middleware platforms.
  8. Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
  9. ISO26262 knowledge.
