From these bases, we provide IT and Business operations support to 31 countries, speaking 24+ languages and processing over 18,000 transactions daily. Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating with senior leadership members based in the Europe region to provide financial planning, operational planning, commercial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis support. The position also involves working closely with corporate management to prepare analytical presentations for the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
  • Prepare financial and operational performance analyses for stores, commercial, and financial segments
  • Develop budgets and forecasts according to established processes and timelines
  • Collaborate with Corporate and other Controlling Teams for actual and forecast/budget variance analysis
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new store openings and follow up on results
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses for strategic management decisions
  • Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Pursue automation of reporting to enhance efficiency
  • Support team in smooth transitions by adhering to timelines and processes

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the same region.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A university degree with relevant faculty (preferably finance and accounting)
  • Desirable: Master's in commerce, qualified CMA/CCA, CA Inter, or similar
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in controlling process (FP&A)
  • Preferred transition experience with Retail/Wholesale industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with SAP, Micro Strategy, Tagetik
  • IFRS knowledge is an asset
