Job Summary

A seasoned finance leader is required to oversee the company's financial planning processes for UK, US, and India regions. This role involves partnering closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and lead the company's annual budget, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership using data-driven insights.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs, track performance, and drive operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Executive Reporting: Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support board meetings and executive reviews using visual storytelling techniques.
  • Scenario Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and risk analysis, providing recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy, automation, and efficiency, resulting in cost savings and improved productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement through training and development programs.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 20 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, Business finance with CA or MBA degree.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects is a plus.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
