About the Role
  • Video Content Strategy: Develop and refine video concepts, scripts, and storyboards to align with brand goals and creative direction.
  • Project Planning: Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
  • Crew Management: Hire, lead, and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals.
  • Shooting and Directing: Oversee video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively.
  • Post-Production: Supervise the editing process, including video and audio editing, color correction, and visual effects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in video production and project management, with a focus on ads, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
