As a Senior Cisco UCCE CVP Engineer P4 Level, you will design architecture, analyze business requirements, and create robust Cisco UCCE and CVP architectures that support scalable, resilient, and high-performing contact center solutions.

You will lead or participate in the installation, configuration, and deployment of UCCE and CVP components, including ICM PGs, Call Servers, Gateways, Media Servers, Finesse, and supporting applications.

System integration is key; you will integrate Cisco UCCE and CVP with third-party applications such as CRM systems, workforce management, IVR call recording analytics, and other enterprise solutions.

Scripting application development involves developing, updating, and troubleshooting CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts to support dynamic routing, self-service, and intelligent call distribution.

You will collaborate with development teams for custom requirements and provide tier-3 support for complex issues, investigating root causes, and resolving incidents involving UCCE, CVP, and related technologies.

Performance monitoring optimization involves monitoring system health, performance metrics, and call flows proactively identifying bottlenecks, capacity issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Documentation is essential; you will maintain comprehensive documentation, including configurations, topologies, change management records, and knowledge base articles.

Collaboration mentoring involves working closely with network, telephony, security, and infrastructure teams, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical guidance on best practices and new technologies.

Stakeholder engagement requires communicating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, providing status updates, and translating technical concepts into business-focused language.

Compliance and security ensure all solutions adhere to applicable policies, security standards, and industry best practices.

A minimum of 11-15 years of experience and an Any Degree Graduation are required for this position.

The role involves excellent technical leadership, customer focus, adaptability, attention to detail, initiative, and collaboration skills.
