Student Enrollment Advisor

You will be the primary liaison between prospective students and our institution, responsible for converting inquiries into successful admissions through effective guidance, follow-ups, and relationship-building.

  • Assist prospective students via phone, seminars, and in-person consultations to guide them on courses, career opportunities, and fee structures.
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions by leveraging your exceptional sales and persuasion skills.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
  • Represent us at external events such as seminars, student meets, and recruitment drives.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrate exceptional sales and admissions expertise with a proven track record.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Word is a plus.
  • Possess strong follow-up and persuasive capabilities, organized, proactive, and performance-focused mindset.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling/sales is required; preference given to those from the education sector or training institutes.
