StarGlazze Film and Television Academy offers comprehensive full-time and part-time programs in creative and technical fields such as Acting, Modelling, Cinematography, Film Direction, Film Making, Photography, Video Editing, and Sound Engineering. We also provide a variety of short courses in Screen Acting for Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, along with training in Accent, Presenting to Camera, and Improvisation.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Admissions Counselor in Sales. The Admissions Counselor will handle day-to-day tasks, including interacting with prospective students, providing information about the academy's programs, guiding applicants through the admission process, and meeting enrollment targets. The role requires maintaining strong customer relations, advising on suitable programs based on individual interests and goals, and organizing campus tours and information sessions.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Background in Education and Student Counseling
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in the education sector or admissions counseling is a plus
