  • Lead, inspire, and motivate teams to create and deliver influential, innovative, best-in-class, customer-centric solutions that drive business goals.
  • Shape and direct creative strategy and deliverables from concepts through execution for a variety of digital channels, platforms, and experiences.
  • Facilitate and oversee discovery and creative activities such as experience strategy development, design workshops, conceptual design, copywriting and art direction, production oversight, and concepting for photoshoots and video production.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and partners closely to establish strategy, and align goals with tactics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating in-depth digital design experience, outstanding craft, and strategic thinking, with multiple examples of mobile design.
  • 10+ years of experience as a creative professional, with a focus on design, user experience, and storytelling. Consulting/Agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience mentoring and managing project teams and direct reports.
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
