Lead Residential Interior Designer

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in residential interior design, with a strong focus on modular design principles.

  • Meet with clients to understand their requirements and preferences through regular meetings and conferences.
  • Create sketches, drawings, and floor plans using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills.
  • Develop idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients.
  • Apply design principles and showcase creativity, imagination, and an eye for detail.
  • Possess an excellent portfolio of previous works and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Google Sketch-up.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of modular interior design.
  3. Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
  4. Ability to handle clients and projects independently.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
