Study Abroad Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing personalized guidance to students navigating their journey of pursuing higher education abroad.

  • Assess student goals, background, and eligibility through one-on-one counselling sessions.
  • Offer expert advice on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.
  • Support students throughout the admission process, including application filing, documentation, letters of recommendation, statements of purpose, and fee payments.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa process, preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices as needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency essential).
  • A empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • In-depth knowledge of the international education landscape (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated individual.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
