About Us:

Maxcolor LLC is a leader in fine jewelry manufacturing and supply. We are looking for a visionary Senior Creative Director to lead the creative development of our fine jewelry brand on Amazon.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing a compelling brand presence across all Amazon customer touchpoints, from product imagery to A+ content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the visual and creative direction of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem by setting the vision for photography and graphic design teams.
  • Direct all photography efforts, including product, model, and lifestyle shoots, by developing clear guidelines, detailed shot lists, and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats and ensure a cohesive visual narrative.
  • Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers to ensure it meets brand standards, creative direction, and Amazon platform requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally in luxury category or Amazon.
  • Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and hold creative partners accountable.
