We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in visual storytelling and be able to create engaging designs for digital platforms.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior designer to build their skills and experience in a dynamic and creative environment. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will assist in design execution, support in asset development, learn brand guidelines, participate in brainstorms, and organize design files.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Design Execution: Create visuals for digital platforms under the guidance of senior designers.
    • Support in Asset Development: Help design social media graphics, client decks, print materials, and digital ads.
      • Learn Brand Guidelines: Understand and apply client-specific brand elements consistently.
        • Participate in Brainstorms: Contribute creative ideas in internal design and campaign planning meetings.
          • Organize Design Files: Maintain proper documentation and storage of ongoing project assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or final-year student).
    • 0–1 year of experience (internships or freelancing considered).
      • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva or other design tools.
        • Understanding of visual balance, typography, and color theory.
          • Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and grow.
