Job Summary

We seek a seasoned Oracle Utilities C2M specialist to drive techno-functional consulting services. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of CC&B, MDM, Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway, and meter-to-cash processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective Oracle Utilities C2M solutions for utility clients
  • Develop technical documentation and architecture blueprints for large-scale implementations
  • Lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks in solution delivery
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Utilities C2M suite and its components
  • Strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications
  • Expertise in meter-to-cash processes including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and service orders
  • Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT
  • Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Enterprise utility architecture design experience
  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops
  • Risk identification and mitigation planning in solution delivery
