Job Title

We are seeking a Lead Identity Specialist to drive our team forward. The ideal candidate will have specialized skills in CyberArk and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end deployments.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned engineer to take on a leadership position and mentor junior colleagues. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading deployments, serving as a subject matter expert, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end CyberArk deployments, including design, configuration, integration, and go-live support.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CyberArk components, including Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PTA, and AAM.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, security teams, and internal delivery teams to gather requirements and translate them into secure, scalable solutions.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrations with other identity platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Conduct health checks, upgrades, and performance tuning of existing CyberArk environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers on CyberArk best practices, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Document architecture diagrams, SOPs, and solution design documents.
  • Ensure all implementations adhere to compliance and security standards, including SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO27001.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience working with CyberArk Suite products.
  2. Proficiency in designing and deploying CyberArk PAM solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.
  3. Hands-on experience with CDE-PAM/CDE-CPC/CDE-Secrets.
  4. Familiarity with CyberArk REST APIs and their integrations.
  5. Knowledge of CyberArk Endpoint Management and just-in-time access.
  6. Exposure to CyberArk CPM and PSM Custom Connector development.
  7. Strong grasp of Secrets Management and Cloud Security Fundamentals.
  8. Automation proficiency in Conjure policies.
  9. Expertise in utilizing DevOps container services, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  10. Previous engagement with major cloud providers, like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  11. Understanding of BeyondTrust PAM and Delinea PAM.
  12. Practical implementation with BeyondTrust Password Safe/Delinea Secret Server PAM solution.
