Senior Architect Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
Preliminary Skills and Qualifications
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project designs with related detailed drawings and bills of quantities.
  • A working background in similar boutique companies is essential.
  • The person must represent the BRIC Design ideas with confidence in speech and technical presentation to clients.
Primary Key Skills and Responsibilities
  • In-depth knowledge of Commercial, Residential, and Institutional Architectural Projects planning and execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from design conceptualization stage, planning, coordination, detailed drawing development, execution to final project handover.

Detailed Job Description
  • Competent and professional interaction with Clients, quick understanding of the Projects.
  • Translate the Design ideas into sketches.
  • Monitor the design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of Design ideas for every assigned project.
  • Interact with building officials during project permitting and construction phases.
  • Understanding of building technologies and environmental design and the ability to employ structural practice, construction techniques.
  • Strictly monitor preparation/ updates of technical drawings from the assigned team of architects chiefly the Design Associate.
  • In-depth knowledge and adherence to the prepared Bills of Quantities and the same to be updated on exclusions or inclusions of items.
  • Available constantly to the assigned Site supervisor and the project team for any queries and solutions.
