Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Analytical Method Development Specialist.

  • Develop and validate analytical methods for drug substances and formulations, ensuring accuracy and precision in results.
  • Conduct stability studies, assays, dissolution, and impurity profiling using advanced analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and others.
  • Operate and maintain complex instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Dissolution Apparatus, and pH meters, ensuring they are calibrated and ready for use.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and review detailed analytical reports, protocols, and SOPs, ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, ICH, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of data in lab notebooks and ensure GLP documentation is up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and commercialization.

Instrument Handling & Maintenance

  • Perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reducing downtime.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve instrument calibration and readiness before analytical operations.

Product Development Support

  • Provide timely analysis of developmental batches, supporting formulation and development teams in their efforts.
  • Assist in technology transfer by providing analytical support to manufacturing units, ensuring seamless integration of processes.

Quality & Safety

  • Foster a culture of quality and safety within the laboratory, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Participate in internal audits, investigations, and OOS/OOT evaluations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
