Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Salesforce RLM and CLM specialist to join our team. The position is open across multiple locations, and the candidate will focus on managing relationship and contract lifecycle processes within the Salesforce CRM platform to drive business efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform to support the company's relationship and contract lifecycle management needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and ongoing business opportunities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring contracts are accurately managed, tracked, and renewed timely.
  • Analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic business decisions and process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, with the ability to navigate and optimize the platform for business needs.
  • Proficiency in Relationship Management to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management to ensure contracts are managed efficiently from initiation to execution.
  • Capable of performing Data Analysis to derive meaningful insights and support data-driven decision making.
