Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We seek an experienced quality assurance expert to monitor customer interactions and contribute to process excellence. This individual will have strong expertise in auditing, quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions, providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality parameters and regulatory requirements by conducting regular audits and assessments.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Analyze quality metrics and develop reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address quality gaps and improve overall service quality.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices, sharing insights with management to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in quality assurance (insurance/banking preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
