Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of the ServiceNow platform, boasting 37 years of experience with a strong focus on SPM or ITBM for at least 12+ years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules, including Idea, Demand, Project, Program, and Portfolio Management, Resource and Time Tracking, Financial Planning, Agile 2.0, Customizing forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client/server-side scripts to drive portfolio success.
  • Integrate SPM seamlessly with other modules like ITBM, APM, CMDB, and ITSM where necessary, fostering a cohesive workflow.
  • Develop insightful dashboards and reports for portfolio performance, resource utilization, and project health, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Perform rigorous unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide comprehensive deployment documentation.
  • Ensure seamless data migrations, import sets, and transform maps for legacy data, maintaining data integrity.
  • Adhere strictly to ServiceNow best practices and development standards, upholding excellence in software development.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide APIs, etc.) on the platform.
  • Experience in configuring Portfolio Workbench, Program dashboards, and project templates, leveraging expertise to drive results.
