Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy cutting-edge AI models. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML development and be proficient in programming languages such as Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop generative AI models using LLMs, diffusion models, and other state-of-the-art architectures.
  • Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for domain-specific applications.
  • Build scalable APIs, pipelines, and services to integrate AI models into products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven features.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to recommend adoption.
  • Conduct experiments, maintain model performance benchmarks, and ensure ethical and bias-aware AI usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • At least 26 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1 year in Generative AI.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.) and fine-tuning large models.
  • Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and prompt engineering.
  • Experience in deploying AI models to production (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services like AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in multi-modal AI (text, image, audio, video).
  • Understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  • Exposure to MLOps tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of AI safety, fairness, and compliance standards.
