We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and recruiting leads, and sourcing top talent for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to final placement for clients in the US.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting leads and hiring managers to ensure effective communication and timely results.
  • Source qualified candidates using niche platforms related to IT.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of US hiring laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool for the IT department.
  • Be comfortable working EST shifts.
  • Experience in recruiting diverse talent pools, including H1b, US Citizens, Green Card holders, and other visa holders.
  • Knowledge of different US work Visas like H1B, L2, EAD, TN, GC etc.
  • Familiarity with US Tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements.
  • Experience with job portals like Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.
  • Deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong network and database to hit the ground running.
  • Proficient in English with strong analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • Candidates looking for long-term opportunities would be preferred.
  • Understanding of the US market, benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and related work laws.
