Job Title: Technical Solutions Consultant
">Job Summary:
">- We are seeking a seasoned Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding customers' needs and providing collaboration solutions that meet these needs.
- You will work closely with the account executive team to create sales plans for your territory, understand collaboration solutions in depth, and work with the business unit to comprehend technology and products.
- Additionally, you will train internal and external teams, represent Cisco in trade shows and hosted events, understand customers' needs, and provide efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Furthermore, you will stay abreast of competition, gain competitive knowledge, and work on RFPs, draft technical specs, and provide compliance and documentation as necessary.
Requirements:
">- A degree in engineering from an accredited engineering college/university is required.
- CCNA/CCIE or equivalent is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Good communication skills, proficient in MS Office tools, whiteboarding, and communication technologies.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in customer-facing roles preferably in public sector verticals.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and desire to complete work in a given timeframe is essential.
- Work experience on RFPs and tender documents is necessary.
