Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Oracle EBS to Fusion Migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Project Management, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing Oracle EBS implementations.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP implementations
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM)
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or certifications specific to Oracle Project Management
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, effort estimation, budgeting, resource planning, and execution
  • Define and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and engagement profitability
  • Partner with Finance, Engineering, and ERP IT teams to support both ongoing operations and projects

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a similar discipline
  • Advanced degree is a plus

Experience:

  • 13+ years of Oracle experience consisting of at least 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience in leading end-to-end project management for large-scale, enterprise-level projects
