Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop & Integrate Oracle SaaS Applications :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications on Oracle SaaS (Fusion, ERP, HCM, etc.

- Customize Oracle SaaS applications to meet specific business requirements.

- Integrate Oracle SaaS with other cloud/on-premise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other technologies.

Manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) :

- Build, configure, and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services such as Compute, Networking, Block Volumes, Object Storage, and Databases.

- Design and implement cloud architecture solutions using OCI.

- Optimize and automate OCI resources to ensure high availability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Security & Compliance :

- Implement OCI security best practices, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, and network security configurations.

- Ensure compliance with data security regulations and industry standards.

Performance Tuning & Monitoring :

- Monitor the performance of Oracle SaaS and OCI applications and infrastructure.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Utilize tools like Oracle Management Cloud (OMC) for monitoring and analytics.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, processes, and configurations.

Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX modules) development, configuration, and integration.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services including Compute, Networking, Storage, and Database services.

- Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for developing integrations between Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and third-party applications.

- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript for automation tasks.

Security & Networking :

- Solid understanding of cloud security principles including identity management (IAM), encryption, and network security in OCI.

- Experience with configuring virtual networks, firewalls, and load balancers in a cloud environment.

Development Skills :

- Proficiency with PL/SQL, Java, and other programming languages.

- Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) and other Oracle PaaS tools is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certification.

- Oracle SaaS platform (ERP/HCM/SCM/CX) certifications.

- Experience with DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible) for automating OCI deployments.

- Experience with migration and upgrade projects to Oracle Cloud.
