Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Specialist with a strong background in luxury branding and traditional graphic design skills.

This role involves translating creative briefs into elegant, high-end visual content across print and digital media. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and understands the nuances of upscale design from glossy magazine layouts and brochures to sophisticated digital content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design High-End Marketing Materials: Create and oversee a range of visually stunning marketing materials, including brochures, magazines, event catalogues, and digital advertisements.
  • Brand Aesthetics & Consistency: Develop on-brand graphics for both print and digital platforms ensuring a cohesive and luxurious visual identity across all channels.
  • Creative Concept Development: Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualise and execute design ideas that reflect our luxury positioning.
  • Print and Digital Production: Prepare print-ready layouts for magazines, flyers, and other physical media as well as optimize graphics for online use.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive campaigns and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold and refine our brand's visual guidelines reviewing and editing existing materials to elevate them to an upmarket standard.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience ideally in the luxury space.
  • Design Portfolio: A strong versatile portfolio that demonstrates taste range and a clear understanding of luxury content and aesthetics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern design tools especially Adobe Creative Suite is required.
  • Design Fundamentals: Solid foundation in classic design principles.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Creative Vision: High creativity with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Education: Degree Education in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.
