Senior Brand Advisor Role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Advisor to play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, associates, and the industry to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate and convert inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge of luxury products, services, and heritage.
  2. Handle client feedback and grievances professionally and drive solutions to issues when necessary.
  3. Proactive sales, cross-selling, and servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment meetings.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to overall growth and development of the brand.
  5. Prepare client briefing documents and timely organize documents required for client communication.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Luxury Management/MBA in Marketing from a reputable institute.
  • 7+ years of experience (preferably in the Retail Luxury/Hospitality/Interior Industry).
