Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Specialist to lead our quality engineering efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-9 years of experience in the end-to-end process of provider enrollments/insurance credentialing, provider contracting, and re-credentialing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Plan Development: Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  3. Testing Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and execute testing strategies, leveraging tools such as Rational Tool suite and JIRA.
  4. Communication: Ensure effective communication and status reporting to key stakeholders, including test plan, test scripts, and test result preparation.
  5. Industry Expertise: Maintain expertise in medicare or commercial claims adjudication, staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.
