Web Development & SEO Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development & SEO Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with expertise in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer. Proven experience in technical SEO implementation, structured data, and content optimization is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Optimization: Improve website speed through image compression, code minification, and caching.
  • Technical SEO Implementation: Develop and update location, service, and blog page templates with SEO best practices.
  • CMS Development & Integrations: Build and customize pages in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer, integrating interactive elements and managing third-party plugins.
  • Analytics & Reporting Support: Set up Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console tracking, supporting site audits and technical fixes.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in front-end development (WordPress / Webflow / Framer experience is essential).
  • Proven experience with technical SEO implementation and structured data.
  • Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, site performance, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of analytics setup and website migrations.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js).
  • Familiarity with Surfer SEO / GSC / Ahrefs insights for technical fixes.
