About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Web Developer with 1–2 years of experience in building responsive websites and landing pages. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to create high-performing web experiences that drive speed, SEO, and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of development, including responsive design and CMS structures. They will be responsible for building and maintaining websites and landing pages, integrating tools, and optimizing for performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining responsive websites and landing pages, leveraging CMS, interactions, and animations.
  • Implementing basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life.
  • Integrating forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools.
  • Optimizing websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Implementing analytics tracking and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Supporting A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures.
  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages.
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams.
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
