About this role :

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing mobile interfaces and workflows using ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Applets.

Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring mobile app configurations, navigation, and branding within the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with product owners and UX/UI designers to ensure a responsive and intuitive mobile user experience, integrating ServiceNow mobile apps with platform features, optimizing app performance, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis.

The successful candidate will be proficient in ServiceNow development, with hands-on experience in Now Mobile and Mobile Agent app configuration, proficiency in ServiceNow Mobile Studio, Applets, and Flow Designer, strong scripting skills using JavaScript and Glide APIs within ServiceNow, knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including UI Policies, UI Scripts, and Client Scripts in a mobile context, experience working with REST APIs and integrations within ServiceNow, solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices, excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Design and develop mobile interfaces and workflows using ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Applets

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 8+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proven hands-on expertise in Now Mobile and Mobile Agent App configuration
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Mobile Studio, Applets, and Flow Designer
  • Strong scripting skills using JavaScript and Glide APIs within ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including UI Policies, UI Scripts, and Client Scripts in a mobile context
  • Experience working with REST APIs and integrations within ServiceNow
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment
