This role supports the Sales team as an Assistant Manager in Rural Term Loan operations.
This position is ideal for a sales professional who can manage a team, drive business growth, and maintain excellent communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve targets and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Screen potential clients based on their profile and fitment criteria.
- Resolve discrepancies and system issues with the central support team.
- Monitor and track business performance metrics, including loan activation rates and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
- High motivational levels and a self-starting attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail lending or a similar industry.
- Knowledge of dialer software and decentralized telecalling environments.
