The Customer Experience Lead is responsible for ensuring that all front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving guests, answering calls, and distributing mail.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, with all necessary materials readily available.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Keep updated records and files, both physical and digital.
- Assist with travel arrangements, scheduling, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
