About the Role

The Civil Engineer will lead and coordinate design, planning, and execution of construction projects.

  • Design & Technical Support:
    • Collaborate with architects and interior designers to transform design concepts into structural feasibility.
    • Prepare and review technical documents, BOQs, and structural drawings for compliance with local authority regulations and IS standards.
  • Project Planning & Coordination:
    • Contribute to project schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
    • Coordinate with various teams including design, PMC, and contracting teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Evaluate technical aspects during tendering and contractor selection.
  • Site Supervision & Execution:
    • Oversee site works to guarantee that design intent and quality standards are met.
    • Monitor contractors and labor teams for timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Quality & Safety:
    • Implement quality control procedures for concrete, steel, and other construction materials.
    • Ensure safety practices are followed at construction sites.
  • Quantity & Cost Control:
    • Verify material quantities for procurement and check contractor bills for payment processing.
    • Omit wastage and optimize material use.
  • Client & Team Communication:
    • Facilitate communication between office design team and on-site execution team.
    • Provide technical inputs during review meetings.
About You
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Civil Engineering degree with relevant experience in construction management.
    • Familiarity with building codes, IS standards, and local authority regulations.
