Job Title: Cybersecurity Researcher

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on browser-focused security threats, including vulnerabilities and advanced attack vectors targeting enterprise users.
  • Design and implement proof-of-concept exploits to simulate real-world threats and evaluate the impact of discovered issues.
  • Create engaging technical video demonstrations of attacks and solutions.
  • Develop high-quality technical write-ups, whitepapers, or research submissions for security conferences and publications.
  • Analyze the evolving threat landscape relevant to browser security and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity research, with a strong focus on browser, extensions, or client-side browser/user security.
  • 3+ years of experience working on a product company.
  • Expertise in identifying and analyzing web-based vulnerabilities and real-world exploit scenarios.
  • Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and tooling.
  • Familiarity with Linux VM/Container environments and cloud platforms.
  • Good understanding of internet security protocols and attack surface mapping.
