Job Title: Executive Director of Valuation and Advisory Services

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to execute consultancy and valuation projects with utmost professionalism, ensuring that high-quality standards are consistently met. This includes undertaking numerous projects, some of which may be complex in nature, both individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure timely completion of assignments and maintain consistently high quality standards of reports.
  2. Responsible for maintenance and update of database required for efficient functioning.
  3. Ensure the efficient operation of the Valuation and Advisory Services line.
  4. Active involvement in all internal knowledge forums organized by the company.
  5. Should learn more about other service lines, and be able to cross sell other services.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  1. CA; MBA(Finance); Post graduate degree in Economics, Urban/City Planning, Real Estate, Statistics, Operations Research and Engineering; Valuation Degrees such as AACI, P.App., MRICS, FRICS.
  2. Experience in Consultancy/Valuation services required.
  3. Excellent written and oral communications skill.
  4. Strong analytical skills.
  5. Financial skills. Should have basic proficiency in real estate financial models such as Argus/Estate Manager/etc.
  6. Quality oriented.
  7. Self Motivated and result oriented individual.
  8. Should be willing to travel inter and intra city on a regular basis.
