Job Title: Zone Manager

This role offers an opportunity to lead and grow a team of professionals in a customer-centric environment. As a Zone Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop and execute annual operating plans, including revenue and cost planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Grow the business by generating revenue from existing paid members and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services to clients, analyze customer feedback, and review benefits of core services being offered.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Customer focus and service orientation
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing large teams of 100+ people

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a large team of customer service representatives
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  3. Analyzing customer feedback and market trends to inform business decisions
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • Graduation degree or MBA/PGDM in Marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Tamil language

Bonus: Knowledge of geographical area and proficiency in data analytics are highly desirable.
