Linux Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Linux expert to join our team as a L2 Support Engineer.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on a challenging role in a mission-critical banking environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux system administration, with expertise in virtualization, configuration management, and troubleshooting. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

As a L2 Support Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing level 2 support for Linux systems, including troubleshooting, incident management, and problem resolution. They will also be required to collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

The successful candidate will have:
  • 6+ years of experience in Linux system administration
  • Expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM
  • Strong understanding of configuration management tools like Puppet or Ansible
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
