Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our Linux systems.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the stability and security of our infrastructure, as well as providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor system performance and take corrective action as necessary to prevent downtime and ensure high availability.
  • Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery processes to protect against data loss.
  • Develop and execute automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide expert-level technical support to internal stakeholders and external customers.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems, including shell scripting, file systems, and network fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Experience with automated deployment tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
