Job Title: Professor of Science

About the Role:

  • We are inviting applications for professors to teach and guide students in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) programs.
  • The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering lectures, guiding research projects, and contributing to the academic development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach B.Sc program courses in the respective specialization as per curriculum guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.
  • Design lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.
  • Supervise practicals, experiments, and laboratory work.
  • Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities.
  • Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
  • Participate in curriculum planning, academic improvements, and departmental activities.
  • Mentor and counsel students for academic and career growth.
  • Engage in research, publications, and faculty development initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain a conducive learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • A Master's Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 55% marks is mandatory.
    • A Ph.D. in the concerned discipline is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education.
    • Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in the relevant discipline.
    • Effective communication and mentoring skills.
    • Familiarity with laboratory management and modern teaching practices.
