We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in at least two specialized areas in operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering courses, conducting MDPs, and assisting in departmental conferences/seminars/guest lectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and mentor students in operations-related courses
  • Conduct research and development activities in operations management
  • Collaborate with industry partners to enhance curriculum relevance and industrial partnerships
  • Design and deliver executive education programs in operations management

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess a Ph.D. or commensurate industrial experience at a senior level. A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the industry is also required.
