Job Title:
Governance and Automation Expert

  We are seeking a seasoned Governance and Automation Professional to enforce best practices in our organization. This role is fully remote from India and requires strong Python skills with an emphasis on testing frameworks and automation.

  Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing a comprehensive framework similar to a testing suite that validates code and practices, based on 300+ best practices currently tracked by the organization.
  • Completing an existing system (~80% complete) that codifies rules into automated code checks.
  • Building systems for rule validation, documentation, and reporting.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Python testing frameworks and automation.
  • Experience integrating with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work with databases (SQL), automation, and data pipelines.
  • Comfortable implementing governance and standards across large organizations.
  • Ability to finish incomplete rule sets and enable engineers to write custom compliance checks.
  • Creation of a global metrics tracking framework for practice adoption.
