Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to play a critical role in delivering a world-class customer experience. This individual will take ownership of driving and orchestrating program execution, ensuring seamless alignment across product, design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

The successful candidate will have strong technical depth and thrive on solving complex engineering challenges. They will champion quality, bring a collaborative, hands-on leadership style to cross-functional teams, and drive modern practices in the AI-enabled world that demands not just technical execution but systems thinking, trust-building, strategic alignment, and driving impactful business outcomes in an accelerated way.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the delivery and execution of platform engineering roadmap by partnering with engineering, product, design, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Owning timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across all levels, fostering transparent communication around shared outcomes and customer expectations.
  • Grounding decisions in metrics, facts, and structured narratives to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Identifying dependencies and risks early and mitigating them before they become a crisis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a TPM role, preferably in an enterprise SaaS/Cloud architecture.
  • Strong technical foundation in system design and architecture, distributed systems, API design principles, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Knowledge of authentication vs authorization, Enterprise Integrations, SSO protocols, Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Just-in-time (JIT) provisioning, and SCIM.
  • Exposure to APM tools like Datadog.
