Visa Specialist Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage our student visa filing process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling visa applications for European countries.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of visa applications, staying up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines, and maintaining excellent relationships with students, universities, and consulates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end student visa filing process for European countries.
  • Review and verify all visa-related documents thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS requirements.
  • Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students regarding necessary documentation and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries.
  • Fulfill university application requirements on behalf of students, ensuring all forms, essays, and documents meet specific criteria.
  • Maintain and manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines.
  • Communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing, with expertise in European visa applications.
  • Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification for European countries.
  • Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation).
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
