Senior Consumer Goods Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consumer Goods Expert to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your extensive experience and knowledge to drive strategic growth and development across the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record of success in CPG strategy, marketing, pricing, and commercial strategy. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that drive revenue growth, portfolio optimization, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and functional expertise on CPG-related projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop accelerators, reusable frameworks, and internal training programs
  • Support multiple client engagements by providing subject matter input and reviewing deliverables
  • Contribute to sales enablement by co-creating POVs, pitches, proposals, and POCs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of professional experience in the CPG industry or consulting roles focused on CPG clients
  • Deep functional knowledge across the CPG value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing, and revenue growth management
  • Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams
